Our Cacao
From the warm and fertile lands of Ecuador’s coast comes our cacao: an ancestral fruit, cultivated by the hands of farmers who combine tradition, knowledge, and deep respect for the land.
It offers a deep and enveloping aroma, with notes of dried fruits, honey, and delicate tropical flowers. On the palate, it reveals complex richness: dark chocolate, subtle spices, and a refined bitterness. A silky texture and long finish that honors its origin.
Our pods are hand-harvested, carefully fermented in wooden boxes, and sun-dried on raised African beds to preserve their natural purity and freshness.
Processed at origin. Direct trade with producers. We operate collection centers across various regions to ensure full traceability and an authentic experience: from fruit to bar.
